The low Carbon content and the high ratio of elements such as Aluminium, Manganese, Silicon and Titanium allow maintaining a very high degree of purity of nickel (not less N3 grade) and extremely robust mechanical performance, allowing it to withstand temperatures well above 300 C (600 F) without deterioration of performance and strength. These peculiarities make Nickel X™ Ultra perfectly suitable for aerospace and aeronautical applications but also for applications in high-performance composite materials and high-level electronic components.
Reinventy is the only one able to certify the filament as Nickel X™ Ultra Purity through very high level qualitative analyzes with the ICP-OES technique. The checks and analyses are carried out both at surface level with XRF technique and through ICP-OES technique to ensure the most accurate standard using pure samples of nickel grade N5 that is pure at 99.999% as a matrix for ICP analysis. Only batches that pass all checks are qualified Nickel X™ Utra Purity.
The specific configuration of Nickel X™ Ultra Wire allows a single filament to meet the main international standards. The characteristics of the filament allow the use without limitations by responding to multiple international standards with direct and consequent advantages both at the production level and at the level of multiple certification of the products that integrate the filament.
